If you are unsatisfied with your pen for any reason, please contact us .  We stand behind our pens and want to make sure our customers are happy!  Although we do not allow returns on our pens, we want to hear from you if you have questions, concerns, or problems.  


Although replacements may be possible under certain, unique conditions please make sure to contact the carrier if:

--a package arrives in a damaged state.

--if records show the pen package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier.  

If a pen arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours. Be sure to include photos to document the damage.  Both Azalea Hills Pens and the recipient must agree upon a return within 15 days of the shipment's arrival.   

Do not send the product back to us without previous arrangements.  

All return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
